It Must Consist Of The Care, Support And Training In The Use Of Electronic Administration Services Published On The Municipal Website And The Electronic Processing Tools, And The Resolution Of Incidents And Consultations Of The Citizenry. In The Event That This Option Is Not Viable By The Citizen, The Service Must Be Able To Help It In Obtaining The Appointment, If Required, And Inform It Of The Necessary Documents And Requirements In Order To Make The Procedure In Person In The Citizen Service Service (Sac).
